If you would like to have freshly made cocktails served at your event then you have come to the right price. Rent-a-keg's stunning mobile bars are designed to serve cocktails from and we have made life easy by providing an all inclusive cocktail bar package. Basically we arrive at functions with all the necessary equipment to have a fully functional cocktail bar serving gorgeous cocktails all night long.
Our bars are solid stainless steel with front lighting and they come with insulated ice well and speed rail. We have designed them so that everything can be stored in one place so that our fully trained cocktail mixologists can work most effectively. We bring ice scoops, muddlers, strainers, stirring spoons, rubber mats, bar caddies, napkins, straws, chopping boards and knives, condiment boxes etc. There are quite a few items that are required for a cocktail bar to run smoothly and we supply them all.
We pride ourselves in supplying top quality cocktail bar staff. Not only will they arrive looking very presentable in cocktail uniform (apron, smart shirt, black trousers and black shoes), but they will also be fun and pleasant to have at your party. All of the staff that we provide are highly trained and extremely competent. They have all worked on many prestigious events around the country. Our cocktail bar package options come with cocktail mixologists as standard. Some people like to have a flair bar tender for the evening. Having someone provide a visual performance by throwing bottles in the air is impressive and very entertaining! If you would like us to provide a flair bar tender please get in contact. They are in short supply so we need plenty of time to ensure we can supply you with one.
We understand that for smaller parties you might want to hire some items individually e.g. just a bar and a cocktail mixologist. Please have a look at our various prices at the bottom of this page.
Rent-a-keg offers clients a unique custom cocktail service. Let us have the details of your event i.e. the theme and the ingredients that you most like, and we will design a cocktail specifically for you. This comes as part of our cocktail bar package and adds another dimension to your party.
We pride ourselves in only using fresh ingredients and we understand the importance of using good quality glassware, especially when serving hand crafted drinks.
Recent events that we have worked on have been a cocktail party for 600 people in Westminster Abby for a prestigious catering company. The theme of the party was organic / naturally produced with the basis of our cocktails drawing upon this as well as the company colours; green and blue. One of our cocktail experts spent the weekend working on various concepts and ideas for cocktails (never produced before!) and we presented these to our client who was incredibly pleased. Carribean Kiwi Mojito
50ml Appleton VX Rum
Half Fresh Kiwi
10 Mint Leaves
Half Fresh Lime
10ml Sugar Syrup
Method
Muddle Kiwi with lime & sugar in highball glass, add mint & rum and churn with crushed ice, top up with crushed ice, serve with straw, garnish with mint sprig.
Of course many people would like other drinks served as well as cocktails and we always accomodate such requests. We buy our wines from a specialist wine company (which doesn't mean all our wines are expensive!) and stock all other standard bar drinks. We have access to a massive range of specialist and mainstream beers, ciders and ales.
We understand the importance of using good quality glassware, especially when serving hand crafted drinks.

2m Illuminated Back Bar Section = £300 (6 - 9 shelved included)
Corner Section = £150 (Back lit)
Corporate Branding = £200 (per bar section, artwork will need to be provided)
Delivery, setup and collection = £75 (based on good venue access)
Bar kit = £30 (Includes boston shaker, stirring spoon, muddler, ice scoop, chopping board and knife, store and pours x 5, bar caddy with napkins and straws, rubber bar mat, condiments box etc.)
Cocktail mixologist = £150
