Rent-a-Keg’s Cocktail Bar Hire, Wedding Bar Hire and Mobile Bar Hire Packages

We have a variety of pay bar (guests pay for their drinks over the bar) and free bar (all drinks are paid for in advance) options. Please contact us for quotes based on your specific requirements.

We will arrive at your event with a mobile bar, staff, equipment, ice, drink and glassware and run the bar for you.

We are licensees and will make the necessary applications for you if required. Please contact us to discuss your specific event requirements.

We have a couple of basic mobile cocktail bar hire  / wedding bar packages which are shown below and have proven extremely popular.

Option 1 – Cocktail Bar for 50 people. Serving Mohito and Cosmopolitan, roughly 4 cocktails per person.

Mobile bar with front illumination, ice well, speed rail, delivered and installed at your premises.
Qualified Cocktail Mixologist to work for 5 hours behind the bar (1 hour prep and 4 hours serving)

100 Cocktail glasses (martini glass and high ball) delivered clean and returned dirty
Cocktail making equipment i.e. fruit and herb storer, knife and chopping board, ice scoop, shaker, stirrer, muddler, stour and pours etc.

24kg crushed ice

Ingredients for Mohito (sugar, lime juice, fresh mint, 10 litres white rum)

Ingredients for Cosmopolitan (10 litres Vodka, 5 litres triple sec, lime juice, cranberry juice)
= £800 + VAT

Optional flair bar tender upgrade = £100 + VAT

Option 2 – Cocktail Bar for 100 people. Serving Mohito and Cosmopolitan, roughly 4 cocktails per person.

Same as above but with one additional bar

Please note the above are examples only. We can offer alternative cocktail bar hire packages, however to keep costs down we suggest offering just two cocktails for any package.
