About Rent-a-Keg
Rent-a-Keg was created back in 2004 and is privately owned. No company existed at the time that specialised in renting beer kegs. The current Managing Director (George Workman) was very passionate about the idea as it provides a widely consumed and enjoyed product and a distribution service was much needed. The party and events industry is very big in the UK as people predominantly socialise over an alcoholic beverage. A pub culture as we know it exists, however this limits individuals 1) to a local pub, hotel or venue near their house 2) a lack of privacy should they wish to organise their own event in their own way. George understood the need for a mobile bar service which can be brought to your doorstop and set up on your own terms. This was back in 2004 when he started out his first few orders. Since then the business has expanded and taken a more robust commercial approach.

The way it works
All enquiries for our products and services are dealt by our central office. We have trained staff that know how to quote for the different requests that we receive.
