Renting a keg couldn't be easier.
Simply give us a call or send us an email via our contact us page stating where, when and what you require. We'll deliver the equipment and drink wherever you need it.
Generally we deliver kegs on Fridays and collect them on Mondays. Sometimes when we are very busy we may deliver on Thursday and collect on the following Tuesday. For festivals and large jobs that include bar hire we accommodate weekend deliveries.
Our technicians will deliver and set up the keg system. We always insist on demonstrating the equipment to you and testing it on site. If the access is good it takes about 15 minutes to install and 10 minutes for us to show you how everything works.
For draft lager, cider or bitter, this is generally the sort of equipment you will be delivered:-
A smart beer tap and an electric chiller system that the beer pumps through to get cold. We supply the gas, which we must be secure in an upright position, in a well ventilated area as well as the other items required to ensure you have ice cold beer on tap.
For our beer keg systems, all we need is a tabletop to clamp our taps onto, and access to mains electricity. The keg, gas and cooler can all be placed on the floor.
If you are having real ale, the equipment that you get is slightly different. This is generally what you will be delivered:-

We deliver our real ale with a stillage (a cradle for the cask to lie), cooling coil and jacket and a real ale hand-pump or tap. We need to deliver this at least 24 hours before your event starts to allow the beer sufficient time to settle and condition. Once we have installed the system it mustn’t be moved otherwise the sediment will be disturbed making the beer cloudy.
We can get over 400 brands of real ale, however some brands can take up to 2 weeks to order in. Please order your ale well in advance of your party date.
If you are having your beer in several locations, you must inform us about this on ordering because this will affect the amount of equipment we need to deliver.
We insist that you let us set up the equipment on delivery. If it needs to be moved (not advisable for real ale) from where we install it, the delivery person will show you how to do this. We will still need to set it up to show you that everything is in good working order. We will ask you to read and sign our terms and conditions when the delivery has been made confirming that you understand how the kit works and that everything is in good working order.
When we are finished setting up we will leave instructions and a phone number for you to call incase you have any problems.
