Paying Us

We require full payment for your goods before delivery. This is payable by debit card, cheque or cash. We do accept credit cards, however they incur a 2.5% surcharge. Cheques can be posted, but we need to have received them at least 7 days prior to your event so that funds are cleared.
A 50% deposit is required to secure bookings in advance.

If you do not meet the delivery driver at the agreed time after the event we will charge you a call out fee. If the driver is late because of traffic or other problems then we will make arrangements with you to come back another time suitable to you.

If you are collecting equipment from our depot, we need the following items from you:

A credit card in the name of the person collecting.
2 recent utility bills in the name of the person collecting.
£250 + VAT security deposit per tap system - completely refundable on return of equipment
