Paying us
We need a £50 booking deposit in order to confirm your order. Please contact us in order to place this.
We also require full payment for your goods on or before delivery. This is payable by debit card, cheque or cash. We can take credit cards, however they incur a 5% surcharge. Cheques can be posted to us, but we need to have received them at least 7 days prior to the event so that funds are cleared.
We will refund your deposit after the event if the equipment has been returned in the condition it was delivered in.
If you do not meet the delivery driver at the agreed time after the event we will charge you a call out fee. If the driver is late because of traffic or other problems then we will make arrangements with you to come back another time suitable to you.
If we are couriering you equipment on a hire basis or if you are collecting equipment from our depot, we need the following items from you
- Deposit damage cheque made out to “Rent-a-Keg Ltd” for £500. The cheque must have your credit card details on the back of it. We need the long number, valid from, expiry date and the last three digits of your security code.
- Two recent utility bills in the name of the person ordering.
We recommend that for security reasons these be sent to us by recorded delivery. We cannot release any items until we have received these from you.
We will post these items back to you once the equipment has been returned to us in the condition that it was sent out.
