Guinness Tap for Stanley's In Chelsea

‍The Brief

In March 2022, Stanley’s Restaurant in Chelsea approached us with a special request: to install a branded Guinness tap for the Cheltenham race weekend, alongside their existing Peroni tap. As official Diageo installers, we were the perfect fit for this project.

The Approach

Our first step was to conduct a site survey to determine the best location for the Guinness tap system. This is critical for ensuring that the temperature and conditions are ideal for serving the perfect pint of Guinness. After confirming the location, we proceeded to install the Guinness gas and delivery system, ensuring the beer was carbonated properly and nitrogen was delivered at the right pressure for the perfect pour.

The Installation

Our team paid careful attention to Guinness quality standards throughout the installation process. We tested the system thoroughly, checking:

• Carbonation levels
• Nitrogen pressure

These checks ensured that every pint served met the high standards Guinness drinkers expect.
