Brief

The client had chosen a stunning hotel venue to mark the big 4-0, but quickly discovered a major flaw—the hotel didn’t offer draught beer. As a serious beer enthusiast, he wanted his favourites on tap for the big night, and that's when he found us.

Our Solution

We proposed a mobile draught bar—a stylish, self-contained unit complete with all the necessary equipment, professionally installed and tailored to the party’s theme. To elevate the aesthetic, we added blue LED lighting to match the colour scheme of the event.

Installation & Setup

Due to limited access hours set by the hotel, we worked around tight time constraints by arriving early and completing a smooth, quiet setup.

The bar—a white wooden structure with blue accent lighting—blended beautifully into the hotel’s contemporary setting. Our team calibrated the equipment, chilled the kegs, and ensured every pint poured was pub-quality.

Event Impact

As the party got underway, guests were immediately drawn to the glowing bar. The novelty of draught Beavertown and Peroni at a hotel party sparked conversation, and the drinks flowed all night long.
