Beer on Tap at Marine Exhibition

The Brief

Each year, Rent a Keg supports over 15 exhibition stands at a major marine industry event hosted at the Queen Elizabeth Centre in London. Our role is to supply and install custom beer tap systems tailored to each exhibitor’s individual needs—often under tight time constraints and with a high level of branding customisation.

The Challenges

1. Unique Stand Designs

No two exhibition stands are the same. Each exhibitor works with different designers and layouts, which means a one-size-fits-all draught setup simply won’t work. Every system we install must be custom-fit to the available space, taking into account the bar dimensions, access points, and display requirements.

Our work can’t begin until the stand builders are finished. That often means a narrow window for installation—sometimes just hours before the exhibition opens. We operate with precision and flexibility, working closely with exhibitors and event teams to ensure every tap is in place, tested, and ready for service on time.

Exhibitors place a high value on presentation and brand visibility. Some request fully branded beer taps, while others prefer a more minimal chrome tap with branded badges.
