Challenge

The client wanted to offer a unique beer drinking experience for their employees and visitors, without compromising on the quality of the beer. Additionally, they wanted flexibility to switch between different beer products based on preference. The office kitchen units had limited space, so the solution had to fit within those constraints.

Solution

We proposed installing a beer keg on tap system. After discussing options, the client selected Beavertown Neck Oil, a popular and highly regarded UK brewery known for its quality beers. We assured them that having the keg on tap would ensure the beer stayed fresh and chilled.

To meet the space constraints and provide the best drinking experience, we installed a draft beer system that fit seamlessly into the client's kitchen units. The system included:

• A shelf cooler to chill the keg and beer lines to the perfect temperature.
• A branded beer tap to pour the beer with the right carbonation and head.
• A CO2 regulator to ensure the beer stayed pressurized, preventing it from going flat.

We also provided RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements) and COPs (Codes of Practice) to meet their insurance requirements. The setup was designed to be easy to use and maintain, and it allowed the client to easily switch between different beer products by swapping out the keg. We also provided clear instructions and the necessary equipment for keg changes.

Result

The installation was a success. The client was delighted with the Beavertown beer keg on tap system. Employees and visitors loved the unique experience, and the high-quality taste of the beer was well received. The system was easy to use, and the client appreciated the flexibility to switch beer products with ease.

The office is now consuming an average of 1-2 kegs a week, which is a clear indicator that the system is a hit with the staff. We're confident that the client is extremely satisfied with the outcome.
