A leading corporate office based in Central London, hosting an internal event for staff and guests.

Brief

The client wanted to elevate their office party experience with a self-serve drinks tap wall, offering a wide variety of premium beverages on tap. Their goal was to create a memorable, interactive experience with minimal fuss for staff.

Challenges

Access to the installation area posed logistical challenges—two lifts and a long internal route meant all equipment had to be easily transportable and installed without disruption. The system also needed to be compact yet powerful enough to serve multiple drink types efficiently.

Our Solution

We provided a custom-designed self-serve tap wall finished in rustic pallet wood, adding both functionality and aesthetic appeal to the office setting.

The drink lineup included:

• Beavertown Neck Oil
• Beavertown Gamma Ray
• Asahi
• Tiny Rebel Cali Pale

Our flat-back, mobile bar units allowed us to wheel the equipment into position seamlessly. Each tap was carefully calibrated to pour perfectly, delivering an ideal serve for both beer and sparkling wine.

On the Day

Once installed, the system was fully operational in under an hour, and the self-serve functionality meant staff could enjoy their drinks at their own pace without queuing.

The Prosecco tap proved to be a standout hit, drawing attention and compliments throughout the event. The craft beer options, including local favourites from Beavertown and Tiny Rebel, were equally well-received.

Result

The event was a complete success. The client praised the system's ease of use, visual appeal, and the smooth installation process despite the logistical constraints.
